We all have the best intentions when it comes to New Year’s resolutions or setting ourselves goals. When I get to a point where I decide to make a change to my lifestyle, I’m usually so ready to challenge myself and start something new.
Unfortunately, that enthusiasm can be fleeting. We’ve all found ourselves in that position at some point, particularly with New Year’s resolutions. Even when I’ve set resolutions I think are more realistic, they usually end up incomplete or forgotten.
