It’s been almost six years since I started taking the contraceptive pill, Microgynon. Up until the last year or so, I never really questioned it. Taking a pill every day that alters my hormones and changes the way my body functions. I was 17 when I first started taking it, and now, 22-years-old, I’ve decided to stop.
At least, for a while, anyway.
I don’t know about you, but I cannot get motivated at the gym without some music. Usually I start my work out off on the treadmill, which is great for getting the blood pumping, but seriously repetitive and a bit dull. When I’ve got some good music on however, I can run for miles (or maybe like 5km).
I thought I’d share my top 10 tracks for any work out to give you a little bit of motivation to get down to the gym or go for a run or whatever.
